  • Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and APO addresses for our deployed service members. Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping. 

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check back anytime by logging in to your account with Chief's Custom Calls to see the status of your order.

  • When do you charge my credit card?

    Your card will be charged at the moment of purchase. Rest assured, we take the utmost care to ensure your call is crafted and shipped in a timely manner so that you can get outdoors and do what you love!

  • What's your return policy?

    If, for any reason, you are dissastisfied with your call or lifestyle product, we will be happy to correct the issue, or provide a complete refund within 30 days.
